Returns and Refunds Policy

You can cancel an order within 7 days after we have received it.  This is based on the date your order was processed on.
You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you paid.

Customized Orders

Any product that has been specially customized may not be returned.  In addition, no refund may be issued on such orders.
