Rob Barrett

Bio:
Rob Barrett is a founder and served as president for two years of the Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Phi Sigma Phi at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. The Epsilon Lambda Chapter, under his leadership in 2008, received Phi Sigma Phi’s Most Improved Chapter Award. Rob had also served as New Member Educator, Treasurer, and Scholarship Chair.
Rob has also received the following University of Michigan-Dearborn honors: the Leadership Legacy Certificate, the Dean’s Service Commendation and the Emerging Leader Certificate. In 2008, Rob was voted Homecoming Prince at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. In 2010, Rob was named one of the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s most influential students receiving the Difference Maker Award and was inducted into Order of Omega. Phi Sigma Phi awards include the Dean Rockwell Scholarship and numerous local awards such as two time recipient of the Leadership Award, Service Award, and Phi Sig of the Year Award.
In 2010, Rob graduated with honors with a degree in Social Studies Education and currently works as a high school teacher at Woodhaven High School. Rob currently resides in Trenton Michigan.

- I was Initiated into the Phi Beta Chapter of Phi Sigma Epsilon at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire on October 6, 1977.
- I am one of the 10 Founders of Phi Sigma Phi.
- I am the only person who has held every elected and/or appointed National Staff position in Phi Sigma Phi.
