You all have made a tremendous statement as we went from being a colony to a chapter in 14 months. As our colonization was our association period of getting to know each other and the fraternity we must move to a new era. We have been working to build a foundation for future generations to experience a fraternity. We are all founding fathers which is commendable but our job is not over. This is our time to build that path for the future with gold. We should not be content with 2^nd place. We should be able to leave a chapter behind that is number one.

This is a moment that we all have waited for. Keep up the amazing efforts as we can be a guide for not only our own chapter but for other colonies to follow. I am still amazed that as a colony at conclave we received an award (before our first birthday!).

I am proud to be a phi sig, be the founding father, a president, an alpha, but most importantly I am proud to be able to say that I am apart of Epsilon Lambda.
